James Gunter has been with the Glazer's Organization since 1992. In 1997 he developed and implemented the Domaines and Estates Organization in the Texas market, today most all states have a fine wine organization.

In 2002 he developed and implemented the concept of Advantage Wines, our in house brokerage company, aimed at assisting small to medium size wineries in street level sales assistance in most major markets. Today Advantage consists of seven people working with our partners in nine Glazer's States.

Today, James works out of the Corporate office as Senior Vice President for Fine Wines. His responsibility is to help build the sales of family owned wineres in all markets in the Glazer's system.
